Over 15 years of selling, building and scaling real services across some of the most complex operating environments in southern Africa. From luxury automotive boardrooms to informal settlement service delivery, the thread has always been the same: figure out how to make things work where most people give up.
I have raised funding, closed complex B2B deals, built cross-sector partnerships and led market entry strategies from scratch. At Kaloola Home, a Loowatt Ltd subsidiary, I designed and executed the full South Africa market entry strategy, transforming a one-person operation into a structured executive team, board and operating entity.
I have seen firsthand why most funded projects fail. It is rarely the idea. It is almost always the execution: wrong operating model, no real route to market, disconnected stakeholders, or a plan that looks good in a deck but falls apart at the community level.
I specialise in execution in places where execution is hard.
